Opportunity
Greenacres needed a modern, secure and easy-to-manage website that could better support their community and the growing range of programs they offer. Their previous WordPress sites had become difficult to maintain, vulnerable to security risks and costly to update.
They required a platform that could bring everything together in one place: a clear overview of their centres, accessible program information, and an improved way for people to explore and book activities, art classes and support services.
The organisation had an urgent deadline, with community programs depending on accurate information and functional booking pathways. They needed a complete rebuild delivered at speed without compromising clarity, usability or accessibility.
Outcome
We re-designed and rebuilt the entire Greenacres website on Shopify, creating a secure, stable and future-proof foundation tailored to their operational needs. The new site supports program bookings, activity listings, centre locations and creative classes within a cohesive user experience that is simple for staff to update and intuitive for participants and families to navigate.
The entire project was delivered in just two weeks to meet an immediate community need.
